Thank you for the compliment! 

It&#039;s empowering to realise that we find evidence to support whatever we intrinsically believe about ourselves, even if it&#039;s not true. 

Consider that the average person&#039;s self-talk is around 80% negative. We constantly tell ourselves that we are not good enough, and while there is value in using this as a driver to better ourselves, it shouldn&#039;t be at the expense of our own self-worth. 

Depleted self-worth is what happens when these negative thought patterns run unchecked in our minds for too long. We become what we think about most. But we are more than our patterns and we are more than our minds. 

Life is supposed to be fun, not a constant battle to reach a goal that is infinite by it&#039;s very nature. We always have the power to change how we think, feel, behave, and live. Life is just waiting for us to realise it and do so.
